Donny Osmond Appearance Supports One Heart Donny Osmond is taking the challenge! He will be appearing on TV this November (no date available at press time) on the popular program, Fear Factor. Donny is participating on behalf of the One Heart Foundation. Win or lose, the donations are generous and will used to Strengthen Families. Thank you, Donny! One Heart Booth at Olympic Pin Trading Show, Salt Lake City on September 22, 2001.        Olympic Pin Trading has long been a spectator sport. One Heart recently participated in the Family Fun, Pin Trading Show, in Salt Lake City, hosted by KSL Radio and Smith's Food King. The One Heart 2nd Edition Olympic Pin, hot off the press, was enthusiastically received. Nearly half the pins sold out in less than two hours. The remainder of the pins will be sold online. Alan Osmond, accompanied by son, Tyler, with cousins Steven and Michael were on hand to meet and greet the public, promoting One Heart. Tyler caught a water balloon that won him a free Olympic Pin. Tyler and Michael climbed the rock tower, provided for recreation at the Pin Show site. Nathan Osmond, another of Alan's eight sons, and member of the Osmond 2nd Generation, also participated and sang during the event. The 2nd Generation serves as the Official Ambassadors of Family Pin Trading, for the 2002 Games. One Heart  is pleased to announce the relationship with Tevamarion, and applauds its recognition of One Heart and its Affiliates in the effort to strengthen families. Tevamarion is dedicated to helping families living with the physical challenge of mulitiple sclerosis. Founded by Tevamarion, MS Watch is one of the largest online communities for people with MS. Alan and Suzanne Osmond attend the third annual World Family Policy Forum held July 16-19, 2001at Brigham Young University. The World Family Policy Forum gathers participants from diverse backgrounds and cultures, united in the desire to "make the world safe for children." In a welcoming letter, A. Scott Loveless admonishes, "We hope that as parents in our homes, as citizens in our communities, and as leaders in our nations, we will strengthen the family as the fundamental unit of society." The Forum sets policy for the next World Congress on Families that meets in 2002.   Justin Osmond, son of Merrill Osmond has been named Executive Director of Deaf Net. Deaf Net, a site dedicated to the deaf and hearing impaired in now an entity of One Heart Foundation. Justin, who is hearing impaired, presents his Welcome address on the Deaf Net site.
